User Signup Agreement

By using QUICKAJ, you agree to use the platform responsibly to discover providers, browse listings, communicate, post content, and participate in marketplace and community features.

You are responsible for verifying providers, listings, property details, prices, availability, service scope, payment arrangements, and any agreement you make with another user or provider.

QUICKAJ does not process, control, guarantee, or enforce payments or transactions between users, providers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or other participants.

Any cash payment, external payment, sale, rental, service payment, deposit, refund, delivery, or appointment arrangement is handled independently between the parties involved.

You agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, User Signup Agreement, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and other applicable QUICKAJ policies.

You understand that QUICKAJ provides listings, discovery, messaging, community features, and visibility tools, but does not guarantee service outcomes, transaction outcomes, or user-generated content accuracy.
