Terms of Service

QUICKAJ is a matchmaking, listing, discovery, messaging, and visibility platform only. QUICKAJ helps users find providers, service listings, marketplace listings, property listings, community posts, and related platform content.

QUICKAJ does not collect, process, hold, guarantee, or control payments for services or peer-to-peer transactions between users, providers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or other platform participants.

QUICKAJ is not a party to any agreement made between users and providers or between marketplace participants. Any pricing, service terms, payment method, cash payment, external payment, appointment, delivery, sale, rental, or other arrangement is handled independently by the parties involved.

Providers on QUICKAJ are independent contractors or independent businesses and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or joint ventures of QUICKAJ.

Provider profiles and service listings are informational and promotional only. Providers are responsible for their own pricing, availability, service quality, licensing, insurance, legal compliance, communications, and delivery of services.

QUICKAJ may provide visibility tools such as featured placement, boosts, recommendations, or search ranking features, but these tools do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any provider or service outcome.

QUICKAJ marketplace features allow users to post listings and connect directly with other users. QUICKAJ does not handle payments, escrow, fulfillment, delivery, returns, warranties, property deposits, rent payments, or purchase funds between users.

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of listings, including item condition, price, property details, photos, availability, ownership rights, and compliance with applicable laws.

Fraudulent, misleading, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, discriminatory, or prohibited listings may be removed and accounts may be restricted or suspended.

Community posts, comments, messages, images, and other user-generated content are created by users and do not represent QUICKAJ statements, promises, or endorsements.

Messaging is provided for communication only. QUICKAJ does not verify, guarantee, enforce, or become responsible for agreements made in chat or outside the platform.

Abuse, scams, spam, harassment, fake promotions, illegal activity, and attempts to manipulate engagement or mislead users are prohibited.

QUICKAJ revenue is generated through optional provider subscriptions, paid boosts, marketplace boosts, profile promotion, and other visibility or marketing tools.

Subscriptions and boosts are platform feature purchases only. They may improve exposure or access to promotional tools, but they do not guarantee leads, bookings, sales, messages, rankings, customer responses, revenue, or business outcomes.

Payment for QUICKAJ platform visibility services is separate from any payment between users and providers or marketplace participants.

QUICKAJ does not guarantee transaction outcomes, service results, user conduct, provider conduct, listing accuracy, payment completion, appointment attendance, marketplace item condition, property availability, or community content accuracy.

Users should use their own judgment, verify information independently, and comply with applicable laws before entering any agreement or transaction with another platform participant.
