Provider Agreement

Providers are independent contractors or independent businesses and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or joint ventures of QUICKAJ.

Providers are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, tools, transportation, pricing, service delivery, customer communications, and legal compliance.

QUICKAJ does not collect, process, guarantee, hold, refund, or enforce payments for services between providers and users.

Any service price, deposit, payment method, cash arrangement, external payment, appointment, warranty, cancellation, refund, or service scope is agreed directly between provider and customer, outside QUICKAJ’s payment control.

Provider profiles and service listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Providers are responsible for service descriptions, images, pricing claims, qualifications, availability, and promotional statements.

Subscriptions, boosts, featured placement, and profile promotions are optional visibility services only and do not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, or customer responses.

Providers must communicate respectfully, avoid harassment or scams, deliver services professionally, and comply with platform policies and applicable laws.

QUICKAJ may review, restrict, suspend, or remove provider profiles or listings for safety, quality, fraud, documentation, moderation, or policy reasons.
