Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to QUICKAJ platform visibility services, including provider subscriptions, paid boosts, service listing boosts, marketplace listing boosts, profile promotion, and similar platform marketing features.

This policy does not apply to payments between users and providers or peer-to-peer marketplace transactions because QUICKAJ does not process or control those transactions.

Provider subscriptions are optional and provide access to platform features, visibility tools, marketing tools, or enhanced profile functionality.

Subscription fees are charged for access to platform features only and do not guarantee leads, bookings, messages, sales, customer responses, rankings, revenue, or business outcomes.

Boosts and promotions increase exposure or placement opportunities within QUICKAJ but do not guarantee performance, traffic, leads, sales, service bookings, or marketplace transactions.

Refunds are not provided solely because a boost or subscription did not produce a desired business result unless explicitly stated in the applicable purchase terms.

Users may cancel future renewals of eligible subscriptions through available account or billing tools when provided.

Cancellation stops future billing where applicable, but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges or already-used visibility services.
